Tarkwa operations are operated in accordance with Ghanaian environmental requirements, as administered by the EPA, and hold the required Environmental Permits and valid Environmental Certificates. Tarkwa complies with the EPA requirements to provide monthly monitoring returns, an annual environmental report and an update of the EMP at intervals of three years.
