I have had great image quality watching the live games and no real issues with either application. They worked well, no freezing and most of the time I had a high quality picture. I only plan on watching for a few months of the year so wanted to put my subscription on hold.

Well there is no information in the app or website on how to do this. After searching the web found you have to send the support team an email to cancel the subscription. They replied within 48 hours to my email.

They then tried to sell me a long term subscription. After I rejected that option they did confirm by email that my subscription had been cancelled. Not the way I want to manage my subscription so I will look at other options. I would like to make a few suggestions for IPhones. Please fix.

First, The screen only rotates one direction for wide view when watching games instead of auto adjusting either direction the user is holding the device.
